starting with nothing! not even a simple knife.. maybe create a npc that will handout the newbie starter pack? or at least give a simple knife by default. or maybe need to donate to even start to play. maybe pay to win RO?

Well first of all we apologize if you encounter this kind of unpleasant experience.
We are always welcoming new-players, it is broadcasted and we will immediately jumpto the character online.

I believe you did not notice the GM stand by almost 24/7 or we've welcomed you, traded you, but no response.
